  Cameron Z. is the man. Friendly, helpful, and a master of the craft. Fixed the issues with the hvac unit quickly and provided plenty of follow up information. Couldn’t be happier with his customer service. I’d like to also give a shoutout to Lynn at the office, amazing customer service and an all around delight to communicate with.

  We have used No Problem for the past 7 years and could not be happier. They provide everything lots of businesses now struggle to provide. They are responsive, good/rapid communicators, actually fix what you need them to fix and best of all have incredible customer service. Each technician who has worked at our place has been respectful, professional, and highly skilled. No Problem is truly who they say they are and I cannot recommend them enough.

  PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE (HSA) HOME WARRANTY. I normally don’t do reviews, but this has really Been on my mind. and also, if you have noticed from the Google reviews of this company, they’re only having good reviews if the customer is getting a A whole brand new system. And I also want to say the technician that came out was nice so I’m not going to mention his name, but the practices of this company is horrible. If you have a home warranty claim they’re going to auto deny you They’re gonna claim that your system can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced. but luckily, I got a second opinion through my home warranty claim and let them know that I did not believe no problem, heating and cooling company. So I end up getting a second opinion through my home warranty And when they sent another company to my home, they were able to fix my problem and have my heat working. It took them quite a minute to fix my furnace, but they fixed it. But no problem in heating and cooling It only took them literary 10 to 20 minutes To so-called claim that my furnace was too old and needs to be replaced. So please be aware if you have a home warranty again just call your home warranty company and let them know you do not want them to come to your home and you would like to have another company look at your Unit to actually fix the issue instead of just replacing a unit and I know that companies want to make money, but it does not make any sense that they do not want to fix the issue. They want to replace the issue. please do not let this company take advantage of you. Please get an 2nd to 3rd opinion and they will almost pressure you to get a new system off rip. also, as well, you can call your home warranty company and have them remove you off of the list so in future references, you don’t have to worry about this company coming into your home. it’s really frustrating that they’re trying to get every dollar and penny from you not knowing anyone’s money circumstances but the reason that we have home warranty claims is to be able to get it for a decent price not charge me for a full maximum total price . with that being said, I would not Recommend this company at all to fix any issues maybe replace a unit MAYBE. But to actually fix and solve an issue, absolutely not PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT EXPEXT THEM TO FIX THE ISSUE. THEY’RE MORE INTO SELLING YOU THEN FIXING THE PROBLEM. I WORK IN SALES SO I KNOW HOW THIS GOES IN. THEY’RE MORE INTERESTED IN SELLING YOU A UNIT PLEASE BE AWARE. IT’S A BUSINESS TO THEM AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOU THEY WANT TO SELL YOU (Added note) and just to mention when Im saying they don’t wanna fix anything they don’t the nice tech that I did have did fix it very very, very temporarily where it only lasted two days and ironically, he called me the exact same day that it stopped working and that’s when I got the second opinion and actually got it 100% fixed so I hope this help others but please do better. No problem heating and cooling company. Bad practices. You’re not a car dealership nor a home real estate agent company you should be able to fix units not just replace units or do temporarily fixes that you purposely know that is going to fail so I can call you guys to get a whole brand new unit

  No Problem H&C was dispatched by my home warranty to diagnose a problem with my gas furnace. The technician told me that my furnace is oversized and this is why the heat exchanger cracked. I have a 90k BTU furnace for 1700 sq ft. They put this in the report they sent to American Home Shield who then denied my claim due to capacity mismatch. I have since had 2nd and 3rd opinions from two other licensed H&C companies who say there is no capacity mismatch and No Problem was wrong in their assessment. This has now cost me over $10k because no matter what any other company says, AHS refuses to honor my warranty. In addition, No Problem quoted me astronomical prices for equipment and installation. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!

  Absolute crooks ! Cameron came out through our home warranty and told us our entire furnace was bad and needed to be replaced totaling over $14,000. I called an hvac company independent of the home warranty scammers. Turned out to be a $29 part and a couple hundred dollars in labor. ZERO STARS ! Edit after No Problem Rebuttal No Problem claims it was the a cracked heat exchanger and bad electrical board ! Neither of this is true as confirmed by the 2nd hvac company that came out. It was a simple $29 ignitor switch ! With no detection of ANY escaped carbon monoxide. Once again LIARS and once again LESS THAN ZERO STARS ! Stay far away from this company ! I wasn't going to contact the BBB. But after this lying rebuttal to my review I have no choice. I run an ethical e-commerce business and the one thing I can not stand is liars who run unethical businesses.
