  Kevin & Brendan were extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating while performing work at my home had no problems in answering all my questions and giving advice without pushing any additional sales or work. I’m very happy we chose Grasser for this project and will use them again. They were both very respectful cleaned up well after the project and they liked my dog!

  Billy and Brendan did a fantastic job putting up a large chandelier in our 25’ great room. They were completely professional - they somehow got a 20’ ladder into our house without touching the walls or bumping into anything!😂 Then they took a lot of care and time figuring out the best way to wire and put up the chandelier, and did it perfectly. They were the epitome of professionalism! Great guys!

  What a pleasure to write a review for a contractor who actually lived up to all their hype. I needed an estimate for some new security cameras and other electrical work. They came out for a bid and two days later they were installing everything. Sean and Brendan were two of the most responsible technicians and took total pride in their work...which was excellent. I'm going to have them back to do some more at a later date, but I know that I'll never have to ask anyone if they know a good electrician anymore. I know the best!

  Jordan and Brendan made quick work of a laundry list of electrical issues left from previous owners and DIYers. They replaced and corrected and improperly installed outside shut off and several outlets and switches inside the home. They also wired for new overhead lighting in three rooms and created a dedicated circuit for our garage fridge. They had excellent customer service and made sure everything was brought up to code, looked nice, and was done the proper way. There were several obstacles in our house including difficult to access additions and a very tiny attic that they handled with creative solutions and positive attitudes. We would absolutely have them out again for our next project.

  I first called Grasser Electric on Friday afternoon January 30th. “Candace” answered the phone and was simply incredible to deal with. She was friendly, kind, very respectful and willing to help immediately. I thought I would have to wait for someone to come out. She said no I can have someone there first thing Monday morning. She repeatedly thanked me for calling. Candace really knows how to handle the public! Then, first thing Monday morning at 8 o’clock “Sean” the electrician, came to the house. Within five minutes, he was able to accurately assess the problem. He told me that he wanted to start with the least expensive option to fix the Issue. So he changed the breaker and that immediately took care of the issue. While he was here, I asked him to look at another problem I was having with a bathroom exhaust fan. He took extra time to reassure me that it was not a big issue. He checked the exhaust fan out, looked at the unit and the switch, and put it back in and it worked fine. He saved me several hundred dollars! This company really knows how to provide great customer service as evident by the hiring of Sean and Candace. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical or plumbing services. Kind, quick, and extremely efficient. And for those that need it , they offer 0% financing for 12 months on certain projects. My hat is off to these fine people. I definitely will be using them in the future for any electrical or plumbing need. Thank you Candace and Sean. Keep up the good work!
