  Our kitchen outlet popped one morning; within hours SeN and Brendan came out and resolved the issue. Pleasant and courteous service. They educated us on the aluminum wiring issue of the 60s and 70s. Going to have them back out to see about all our outlets! Thanks guys!

  Excellent service from Grasser Electric from the technicians Paul G. Marc H. and Brendan C.to Kate and the office staff. They asked what our electrical needs were for my mother's home pointed out areas of concern and made recommendations. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

  Jordan and Marc, the team that came out and installed several can lights did an outstanding job. Competitive price and got the job done in a timely manner and left the house in the same shape if not better than they found it. Would recommend to family and friends! Thanks!

  I lost power 2 weeks ago to half of my house. I spent days in frustration trying to contact someone for help. No other company reached back out to me. I came across Grasser Electric and heard great things about them. My very first phone call was not only answered, they set up a service asap. Their electrician Billy graciously spent an hour of his Christmas Eve this morning fixing my power issues. Turns out I had 2 fried outlets(Do NOT use space heaters!) Billy really emphasized the potential risk of using them. He was courteous, professional and friendly to myself and my pups. I will highly suggest this company and Billy for any one needing electrical work done. Grasser Electric has found a life long customer right here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

  I wanted to provide an update. Josh Grasser reached out to me and we had a good converstation. He agreed there was a mistep and took proper corrective actions. He sent a tech out later in the day and my two items I was seeking to get corrected were corrected. I want to give props to Kate who took my cancelation call, she reached out to Josh on the backend. This is to me a sign of a well run organization. So while I did have the initial issue I'm 100% happy with how the manner was handled. It is how any organization should handle simple matters. I understand any business has customers who are a pain, all I was seeking was communiction. Things get delayed and earlier appointments may overun. The work I original wanted done has been done and am pleased. *original* Zero stars. I'm disappointed with this companies ability to communicate. I confirmed my appointed 23hrs in advance when they texted me. They failed to show up/contact me during the appointment window of 10am to 1pm. I held up my end of the agreement they did not. They may do fantastic work but the lack of communication means they won't be getting any from me. hopefully this was a one off for anyone else but just sharing my experience.
