  I have had a wonderful experience with Michael’s Flooring in St. Peter’s!! The moment I walked into their office the entire staff was nothing but friendly and helpful. Charlie went out of his way to quickly get my measurements and get my carpet ordered. It took less time to come in than we thought so we set up a date for installation, they came out, installed it and the attached picture will show how amazing it turned out. I highly recommend them!   James was fantastic to work with. We only needed a very small amount of carpeting for a staircase to sell our home. James showed us an option that was not only beautiful, but fit our budget AND was in stock! James also ensured it could be installed swiftly, which helped us as it was installed before our first showing. We will def work with James and Michael’s flooring for future projects.

  Use Michaels for all our flooring needs. Been going to them for 20 plus years. Great selection value and customer service Installers do excellent job

  From the time I walked in the door my experience with Michael's Flooring has been outstanding. From the purchase of the carpeting to the scheduling of the installation and the professionalism of the installers has been great. Mario and Ruben did a fantastic job installing my carpeting, moving the furniture, putting it back, and cleaning up. I have been very happy with the whole experience.

  New floors are spectacular. Installers were very courteous & professional. - However, just about every inch of our house is covered in sawdust from cutting pieces of flooring. It is AWFUL! Top of fridge. Cabinets. Appliances. Garage is a disaster where most pieces were cut. The furniture that was moved into the garage should have been covered because all is now covered in sawdust. Is this common business practice and customer care MICHAELs condones?! As it stands it will take hours to clean. Suggest MICHAELs should contract a cleaning service to follow up after every job. That way installers can focus on what they do best. Additionally, I will add that right after installers left we noticed a chip in one of the panels in the living room. Hopefully they will fix this. That’s it.
