I was promptly greeted and brought back to a huge area where there was so many choices of flooring. I felt no pressure. They had a lot to choose from, and they ended up having a 30 foot roll that they cut to the 15 foot length I needed and selling me that. I felt like it was super affordable. They then cut it promptly and help me load it into my van. Jennifer was so sweet and so fun to talk to! She was the gal who had a listing on Facebook marketplace for the carpet. Great experience. I’ll definitely be back.

They are very friendly and professional and definitely know what they are doing. They took out the ugly old rusty vent and put in a really nice looking vent. Everyone we dealt with at Michael's was very nice and made sure everything was right. Was definitely a pleasure working with them!
