Kudos to Michael’s for taking care of their customers and doing what is right by fixing the problem. The technician Sonny was a real craftsman, did a great job and represented the company well. We will definitely buy carpet from Michael’s again and highly recommend them.

Sonny installed our backsplash and easily communicated with us to make sure he understood the layout and design during the process. The workmanship was top notch and we couldn’t be more pleased. Shout out to salesman Mike C for helping us with product selections and holding my hand through multiple installations. We would definitely use Michael’s again for all of our tiling and flooring needs.
