  Be careful when scheduling a project with the company. “Project Managers” are independent contractors and will take your money and not complete job. One of the companies representatives was working on a neighbors house and manipulated my wife and tricked her into a “discounted” project cost, took the money via Venmo, and did not provide an actual contract. While the project was small and cost a couple thousand dollars it remains incomplete with long gaps in responses or blatant disregard for normal business courtesy. The project manager keeps saying “we will be there today” “had to order more parts”, every day another lie. After multiple attempts to contact ownership the response from them when we were able to was that “it’s your problem that’s not how we do things” instead of trying to resolve the issue together. Now that this has not been resolved there are squirrels running throughout our walls and attic causing all kinds of damage that is unwarranted because of a swindling representative of this company who wants to take advantage of unsuspecting people and pocket their money.

  We had an amazing experience with Mapco. After our tornado damage I struggled with my insurance company to want to take care of all of our damage. Jim Russo kept fighting for us all summer long to get them to pay for all of our damage. Jim and his team of workers replaced all of our siding and roof with extreme care and excellent clean up. Jim is one of the nicest people you ever want to meet, and he really cares and listens to all of your needs. If I could give ten stars I would do it.

  "After the storm, Chase was an absolute lifesaver in helping us get our house put back together. He showed incredible patience, taking the time to answer all of our questions and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.   Ryan was the best at helping us with our roof. He answered all of our questions and took his time being thorough. Helped get us set up with financing, and worked with our insurance and city reps. I can't tell you how many times they had him running back and forth to our house!! haha I would definitely recommend.

  Jim and Mike were a delight to work with from the start to the completion of the project. MAPCO Exteriors removed and installed new roofing/siding on my home after hail had damaged it earlier this year. I would highly recommend MAPCO Exteriors to anyone needing roofing or siding replacement. They are professional, honest, trustworthy, reliable, have excellent communication, are extremely skilled, and they take pride in their work. Hire them today, you won't be disappointed!
