  Update to below. Finally after weeks had a man come out to inspect the unacceptable installation job. He found additional problems but seemed very uncomfortable with the conversation. Told us we would hear from the decision makers by the end of the week (Friday April 16th 2026). I’m writing this on Thursday April 22nd and haven’t had a call. Customer Service is beyond horrible. Would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I work in a high traffic community center and will be passing on the warnings about cabinets to go as often as I can. My elderly father was a building inspector. Has never seen anything like this. BEWARE! Cabinet installation was a complete nightmare. Inexperienced crew destroyed the cabinets and were unable to follow the specs. He kept commenting that he did not know how to install the trim. The first “install” left us with a crooked peninsula, nothing level, couldn’t open several drawers and visible nail holes/ terrible patchwork on our expensive trim. They kept sending the same guy back with no oversight. By the third time back- we have crooked panels and doors, screws poking through from the inside, several chipped areas from the install and replacement parts for trim they had damaged that look used and do not match the cabinetry. After months of trying to get someone to help we were told our contact was no longer employed at the St Peters MO location and have been consistently lied to and given the run around by the local store and the corporate customer service line. We were so excited to get a new kitchen after 20 years of waiting but wish we had never even started this fiasco. We will now have to contact BBB and a lawyer to get this resolved

  We ordered 5 cabinets on January 31, 2026. Our delivery date came and went so I called the St. Peters, MO store. Sales person said I'm sorry the cabinets are going to be a week late. No one bothered to call and communicate that with me. We received the shipment. The back of a cabinet was damaged. Called store, can't help us, go through customer care. They said we will send you a new back in 7-14 days! Are you kidding me. I didn't make the mistake. Please send it UPS 3 day. No, we can't do that. I finally received new back which was broken on the 3 corners and a gash in the side. Went through the same thing....sorry another 7-14 days. I called crying because Easter is coming and my house is still tore up. I'll see if I can expedite it, sorry. They sent another one I received 3-24-26, it is damaged again. I called ...I'm sorry you need to call customer car. Finally the person said he would call them. Now I will have to wait again for a new part. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm. Also the drawer glides were damaged. They did send new ones. It will be over 2 months trying to get non-damaged parts and the project still is not finished. Very poor communication. Poor quality control. Poor service after the sale. This has been a nightmare. Once they finally get this right I will NEVER use Cabinets to Go again.

  I’m on my third project with CTG. The design folks always know what they are doing, the cabinet quality is great, and the prices are fantastic!!
