  This is the second time in 10 years that I have used Roof One. The first time in 2014 when my roof was damaged by a tornado that tore off shingles. Mark Schmidt who is the owner of Roof One was recommended to me by a friend and colleague. Mark took over, contacted the insurance and had the roof replaced very quickly and efficiently with good quality architectural shingles that withstood high winds, storms and hail for another 10 years. Last year in 2025 we had hail storms and wind and many houses in our neighborhood suffered roof damage and had roofs replaced. I approached Mark Schmidt again. He again negotiated with insurance, used drones to photograph the damage and negotiate for roof replacement. At a time when repairs were getting delayed, he and his team managed to replace the roof in good time. All went well and the roof was replaced in a day. Mark Schmidt and his team are thoroughbred professionals !! I recommend Roof one restoration highly !! Pratap Chand

  Roof One Restoration was the best decision that I have made for my home roof. Roof was damaged by a large hail storm. My insurance company offered me a minimal amount to replace part of my roof. I called Roof One to get a professional opinion and they determined that my entire roof would need to be replaced due to the extent of the damage. The gave me pictures of the roof and sat down to explain what I was looking at and the potential future roof issues if I didn't replace the roof. I explained about my insurance and Mark the roof specialist that came to the house said he would be able to communicate with the insurance company and likely get my entire roof replaced through the insurance. After several months Mark was able to prove to the insurance company that not only did our roof need replacing but so did the gutters, soffits, fascia, and downspouts. If you are looking for a roofing/contracting company look no further than Roof One Restoration. They are customer focused and willing to fight for what you need not what the insurance company deems they want to pay for.

  Hands down the most honest roofing company in the STL area! I worked with this company for a complete roof replacement in the past and the whole process was flawless. I was worried about a roof/skylight issue at my new house and they were the first business that I thought to call. They are responsive and reliable!

  We had a microburst above our house and had structural damage to our roof. Mark Schmidt was great to deal with, listened and advised us on what we needed and took all the worry from us. His staff handled all insurance and paperwork, all bids and I really had to do very little. We have a roof that looks better than before and we’re able to make some color changes that we’re very pleased with
