Dave was able to give me a great option for the stair location that I had not considered. The deck building team, Nathan and Sean, arrived bright and early every day ready to work - can’t believe they got it all done so quickly! Looking forward to enjoying some porch/patio parties this Fall.

I used them for my original deck over 20 years ago and now this newest one should last even longer with the steel base of the composite deck. Everyone there was friendly and responsive and infinitely patient with my millions of questions. I had dealings with both owners and they both had great ideas. They kept me updated every step of the way as my project start date neared. The winter and rainy spring brought some expected weather delays to the original estimated start but they kept me advised and started almost when originally expected and even added extra staffing to the crew to still meet my original expected completion date! Right after they started, the March hail storm destroyed everything on my home exterior EXCEPT the partially completed deck that came through without a scratch or single hail ding! The onsite crew chief really knew his stuff and took the time necessary to be sure everything was done to perfection. The crew was always on time, courteous, friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly each day. They knew I was nervous about my new sod that had just been placed late in the fall getting damaged during construction, and they took special care with it and moved their work areas around so as not to wear out any area at all. My new sod was not damaged in the least. I am so glad that I went with Outdoor Living Inc and the steel support beams under the composite deck so I no longer have to be chased off my deck by the incessant carpenter bees that love to bore into traditional treated wood supports. Everyone that has seen the deck has just raved about it and all the men just wander on and under it inspecting it with a look of awe on their face lol. Thanks again to everyone at Outdoor Living Inc.!!
