That’s already a win in my book. 2. Was able to get to me that evening ( and I will always be grateful for that. ) My technician called to verify the time frame was okay for me, reviewed the charges for the urgent visit ( you’d be surprised how many times people haven’t done this ), he was super quick, very informative and very understanding of my situation. Highly recommend.
