  I would encourage anyone interested in building a new home to research the builder they are going to use. The Rasch Family and the Benchmark team will always do what is right and fair. That can be tough to come by in the homebuilding industry! I highly recommend Benchmark as a quality and reputable builder.

  Working with the entire team at Benchmark Custom Homes was a wonderful and stress-free experience, from start to finish! You will be treated as if you are a part of their family! Sydney and Mark (and the entire team at Benchmark) communicate extremely well and are very easy to work. I felt at ease throughout the entire home-building process which is rare when taking on such a large scale project! You can trust every team member at Benchmark Custom Homes!
