  Perfect experience from start to finish - THE place to have counters installed from! I went to around 5-7 different countertop stores and each either had a very pushy salesperson or a completely indifferent one. James at E&B was the perfect combination of attentive, patient, and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. Like most kitchen redesigns, we had several delays and James was consistently helpful and available while we worked through the process. Pretty sure we walked the showroom around 10 times to make sure we picked the exact option we wanted. Installers were extremely professional and shockingly quick, with the final result being exactly what we wanted. Can’t recommend them enough!

  Employees will try to offer you 50% off or more to let them do the job Sooner. Really they are stealing the job from the company, voiding the warranty, taking deposits, and never showing up. They even threatened us. Reaching out to the company tomorrow to see what they will do to rectify the situation

  My neighbor had recommended E&B granite and I am so glad she did! I worked with James Mitchell to select my granite and he was wonderful. He used my contractor's drawings to put together a very detailed estimate and was thorough to explain that the cost could vary once they had exact measurements. He was so knowledgeable about all the materials - I was impressed! Usually I shop around and have a hard time finding what I want, but E&B had a great selection and price (way less than the contractor had budgeted) - this is probably the first time I didn't feel the need to visit 10 more suppliers to make sure I was getting what I wanted! James followed up with me throughout each step of the process to make sure everything was as expected and to my satisfaction -- really great customer service! Stephen did the templating and installation and he was fantastic. I was impressed by his knowledge, attention to detail and the care he put into my project. I really appreciated his efforts in making sure everything was perfect. Our contractor had made some design errors which we realized after the granite was installed - Stephen was able to come up with a solution and saved the day with some modifications. 10/10 for price, customer service, employee knowledge. professionalism and follow up.
