We know you’ve seen them before; we have too! That’s right, a family of penguins traveling around St. Louis. No I’m not talking about penguins crossing the street or the penguins at the St. Louis Zoo; I’m talking about the Classic Aire Care vans!
Classic Aire Care’s van with the family of penguins is easily one of the most recognizable vehicles in St. Louis. With over 60 vans and trucks on all of St. Louis’ highways, the brightly colored orange and yellow vehicles are hard to miss. From all angles, our penguins are displayed proudly.
In addition to the penguins, our vans display the names of our legacy companies. Our family of companies include Ryan Heating, Donahue Heating and Air Conditioning, Schneider Services and South County Heating and Air Conditioning, now all part of the Classic Aire Care family. The orange and yellow as well as the penguin family are important to show our customers that our company operates under one umbrella and one management team.
Other than just being a cute mother penguin and her two babies, this penguin family is one of the first things any other driver sees and speaks volumes as to what Classic Aire Care is all about; family.

Justin C was amazing. He took his time and really checked everything with our unit to make sure everything was ok. Unlike some companies, he didn’t find “a part” that needed replaced with me not knowing if it was legit or not. He was honest, courteous, professional and on time

This was my first time using Classic Aire Care and I was very satisfied with the price and service- both setting up the appointment and the service call itself!!
The very nice lady who took my call (didn’t get her name, sorry!) helped save me money by telling me of a promotion they had, and it happened to be for exactly what I needed!
The technician that came out, Mitchell, was fantastic!! Please give him a bonus or a raise!! It can be uncomfortable having a stranger in your home, but Mitchell was professional and knowledgeable, while also friendly and personable. He explained what he’d be looking at, gave me information on my unit, recommendations for future services, and even helped me find replacement filters online at a decent price (my unit requires “funky” sized filters).
After several years of looking for a company that’s a good fit for my system and needs, I plan to be a returning customer in the future!

Contacted Classic Aire through their website at 1:30pm when our AC stopped working because it was throwing an error "06 OPEN START" on the thermostat screen... Customer Service contacted me within an hour of my posting and scheduled service same day for later that afternoon. Bryce B. arrived just before 5pm, quickly diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) and had the system up and running in less than an hour. Bryce was exceptional in his knowledge, care and character to handle the problem - he is a fantastic HVAC professional! Thank you Classic Aire Care for your courteous, professional and friendly team... from my original posting to completed repair was a total elapsed time of less than 5 hours!! Better than Amazon Prime! :-)... Classic Aire Care is the ONLY HVAC company I'll ever contact for repair or maintenance on my system.

We made the right choice when we chose Classic Air to install a new air conditioner,
furnace, humidifier and thermostat.
Mike Stein sold us the system, he took the time to explain in layman’s language all our choices. He gave us the cost and rebates at our first meeting. No high pressure sales pitch, just the options he could offer us.
All designers and sales rep should be as knowledgeable and as nice as Mike is.
The installation team arrived on time and completed the install all in one day the work installed required an assortment of skills including installing new gas, electrical, and plumbing lines.
While I am not s expert I can see when a job is completed correctly.
The crew cleaned up not only their items around the furnace and ac.
They cleaned the surrounding area as well. They left it immaculate.
Prior to leaving (late on a Friday) in a
non-rushed way they explained
in detail how the systems operate.
They also taught me when and what actions I should take to make the systems perform at their peak effectiveness. Very simple to operate and maintain.
I would rate Classic Aire Care
5 PLUS STARS!
Additionally, based on my experience with Classic Aire Care I would highly recommend them.

We got home from dinner out to find our furnace not working and an ominous error message on our thermostat. We called Classic Aire and logged an emergency service request. Within 15 minutes we got a call from Chase M, a technician with Classic. He asked what was going on. After a brief discussion, he said he was 20 minutes away and would head right over. He was at our door in 20 minutes! Chase looked at the thermostat error messages checked the furnace, as well as the A/C unit. Based on the error messages it was a communication error between the furnace and thermostat, as well as the A/C unit and tge thermostat. After about 30 minutes ge was able to determine that both the furnace and A/C were fine. The issue was the thermostat. He did not have a replacement with him, but put notes in the system and said that the office would reach out in tge morning to schedule getting a replacement installed as soon as possible. The office called the next morning and they are working us in today.
Even thought he could not fix our issue, Chase was great to deal with, prompt and knowledgeable.
We absolutely recommend Classic Aire Care!
