Conor is a great project manager: He is patient, thorough, and professional. He has navigated us through the insurance claim process, advocated for us, and educated us. I was pleased when Conor let me know that the Big Bear roofing crew identified that the previous roofers had installed an improper cover over our dryer vent. The old cover is not recommended as a dryer vent because it traps lint and is a potential fire hazard. He let me know that his team was replacing the cover with a Broan vent designed for use as a dryer vent. Throughout this process, Conor and the Big Bear team have demonstrated professionalism and integrity.
