He was polite over the phone and we allowed him to work on the tub without us being present to see what was being done to fix the problem. He claimed the problem was resolved and that it would be years before I had to deal with a slow draining tub again. I regret that I wasn't present to see what he actually did because exactly 2 months later it's backed up again and this is a low traffic bathroom. I called today to see if Aaron would take a look. Now he says there's no way he could know what has been put down the drain (as if rocks are being shoved through) and wants me to pay to have him come back out. $118 every couple of months; no way. We will be calling another sewer/plumbing company.
