I recently hired Brent Crutchfield of R&R Remodeling for a staining project, and I could not be more pleased with the results. From the start, Brent was professional, punctual, and thorough in explaining the process. He took the time to make sure I understood the options available and delivered exactly what he promised. The quality of his workmanship truly stands out—the stain was applied evenly, with attention to detail that gave my project a clean and polished look. Beyond the excellent results, I was also impressed by his fair and reasonable pricing. It’s rare to find someone who combines top-notch skill with affordability, but Brent does just that. I highly recommend Brent and R&R Remodeling to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work done by a professional who clearly takes pride in what he does.

Deck 5 stars. Customer service 1. Was sold on quality and service. Tiger wood board dry rotted and failed I get that. Took 2 emails and 3 phone calls to get email response”don’t have man hours to repair”. I guess they have man hours to sell new jobs. The deck is 9 years old, I was told the Tiger wood solution was 25 year plus deck. I understand stuff happens, the sales hit hard on quality and customer service. The customer service promise is a platitude. Talk the talk, what about walking the walk?

Rosie and Jadin know how to expertly run and implement a remodeling project. This is our second large project with them, and they once again far exceeded our expectations.

So many parts of our project went wrong. We had R&R replace and completely rebuild two decks for us. One has a privacy wall that was not done to the plan that was provided and approved ahead of time. When I confronted the salesman about one of our decks, not meeting the plans that were agreed-upon, he told me “not to be afraid of the deck builders” and to go out and discuss it with them myself to determine a solution. There was no solution, as the builder informed me that the deck couldn’t hold up the weight of the original plan. So now we have a less than private wall that is not what we thought we were getting. Then they scratched up the decking with their power washer at the end. The expensive composite decking they sold us that is supposed to be scratch resistant is indeed very scratched up, by the installers none the less. The most offensive issue is a bowing seam in the middle of a very large deck. There is a vertical board that meets horizontal boards on either side. Where the horizontal boards meet the vertical board is peeling up on both sides, which is now a tripping hazard and is causing the end of the horizontal boards to chip which really looks bad. It also makes it impossible to move anything across that area of the deck, such as a large umbrella on wheels. I’ve reached out to the company with many photos of the deck issues, also asking if there was anything they would recommend to help fix the scratches visibly and they have ignored me. I wasn’t even asking them to fix the boards which in hindsight I should have. Be warned that once they get the final check you will not hear from them again.
