Took 2 emails and 3 phone calls to get email response”don’t have man hours to repair”. I guess they have man hours to sell new jobs. The deck is 9 years old, I was told the Tiger wood solution was 25 year plus deck. I understand stuff happens, the sales hit hard on quality and customer service. The customer service promise is a platitude. Talk the talk, what about walking the walk?

And this summer our silver Maple tree located between our houses decided to drop a branch in their yard which hit their steps and bent one spindle and snapped another just under the rail. They were out for the weekend, we were sick about it. Well you know you have a great company with amazing customer service and support ,when they tell you "No worries, we'll send someone out to repair at no charge" R and R is amazing and their new deck is beautiful!
