He also assisted me with getting my claim started. I'm a senior citizen and it's nice to work with someone who goes out of there way fir you and someone who let's you know they will help in anyway they can. He was incredible. He personally came out and patched the roof leak prior to doing the roof inspection. He inspected the roof, took all the necessary hail damage photos and provided a detailed report to the insurance company. After the insurance response which was not favorable (only wanted to patch parts of the roof). He met the adjuster at the house and went over all the damage. The adjuster approved a new roof, gutters and downspouts. While installing the new roof, some of the plywood decking needed replacing, Jason noticed the decking was not up to code. All of the decking needed to be replaced by code. The quality of materials and craftsmanship was outstanding as was the communication on Jason’s part. He kept us informed every step of the repair. Needless to say, the insurance company denied all of the decking replacement and labor. So, after a year of battling with them, answering question after question and providing documentation numerous times, Jason was able to speak to the adjuster and get everything approved and paid for. This man went way over and above any reasonable expectations for my daughter who is a single mom to ensure she didn’t have to pay the additional expenses out of pocket. This is a testament to the company’s honesty and credibility and to Jason’s personal character. Thank you Jason for everything you’ve done for us! We so much appreciate it!
