  Every level was excellent customer service from scheduling the appointment to the expertise and friendliness of Malachi who made my repair! Very impressed. I will definitely be a returning customer. Also, the price was very competitive which I appreciated so much.

  Malachi was so friendly and professional! He got the job done right! As a customer service professional myself for the past 25 years, I can tell you that this level of customer care is unfortunately hard to come by these days. I greatly appreciated him. Good job on having such a great employee onboard, Reed’s Plumbing! I will definitely be a future customer as needed.

  Had a new hot water tank installed! Everything from start to finish was professional, quick and friendly. The installer showed me all of the worked installed and went over operation and how to use the new pilot lighting system. There was no question left unanswered and I'm very happy with the whole process. This is my first time using Reeds Plumbing and would highly recommend their company and services to family and friends. Great job and thanks for the hot water!

  I would just like to say that reads sent over an amazing crew with Noah Alfonso and Jose. I’m not sure that the ducks in the house have ever been cleaned, but I can tell you these guys did a top-notch job. My house is clean smells like it’s brand new. They were the nicest most professional individuals and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Roman and Noah were amazing 👏 They were quick, professional and friendly. The explained everything to me clearly. They got me all fixed and running. My air is ice cold now. 🥶 I love it! They changed out my filters and all. I just moved in and had no idea it was this bad.
