  I had a great experience with Mister Sparky of Springfield. They responded incredibly fast and were able to come out the same day I called. Communication was excellent from start to finish — I always knew what was going on and what the next steps were. They went above and beyond by coordinating directly with the power company and the local township to handle permits and get the repair completed as quickly as possible. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them if you need reliable and responsive electrical service.

  Edit: I was not a customer because the rep on the phone said they had no one available that was working until the next business day, mid afternoon. They do not have to provide any documentation about hours of operation to be verified, they can set whatever they want. So they are not above lying to anyone about how they operate, and how things work. They just had to provide a business license and video verification that they have access to the building where the address is. This is not a review bomb, this is a review of an actual experience and based on the owners reply, im glad that they showed me and everyone who reads this, exactly who they are. This review contains no defamation, only a breakdown of the experience I had on the phone with them. They could be nice people, but as a business I say reach out with care. Take everything with a grain of salt, but again, this was just my experience with them. Instead of apologizing for a bad experience and asking how they could make it better, they attack the review and me. again, take everything with a grain of salt, but you can read my review and their reply and judge for your self. They aren't open 24/7, they wont help you after hours. Do not call for an emergency power problem if its outside of 8-5 they wont help. Not having employees available because no one is working at the moment is not open 24/7. If it was availability, I would have waited all night until someone got here, instead I was told I could wait until tomorrow when someone was available. Not having an employee available because they are at someone's house is reasonable. Not having an employee available because they dont have them scheduled is just them trying to take advantage of Googles ranking system.

  Friendly and did good work. Heat went out due to old circuit breaker and was able to get the issue solved relatively soon

  Tim was an excellent repairman! He was polite and respectful and fixed our problem in about an hour!
