Jessee is an amazing young man. Seth is also. We had more interaction with Jessee. Both are great people. I can't express how impressed that my mom and I were at the integrity and work ethic that Jessee exhibited. Very well pleased with the work.

Mad City was very professional and did an amazing job at installing my new windows. They fixed some old rotten wood from around the windows and made sure everything was sealed. They changed 14 windows in one day! The installers/workers were very nice and answered every question we had.

The men who did the installation were great. They kept the back patio and yard neat and clean as they took out the old patio door. They were organized as they installed the new door. They kept the floor protected and (this may sound like a small thing), they really did a great job cleaning the glass. My husband had a car detailing business and cleaning the glass was very important.

We scheduled an in-home estimate for a shower remodel, which came out to $12,000. After discussing it, we decided it wasn’t the right time financially and contacted the company the same day to cancel. Despite that, a manager came to our home the following weekend. One of the first things he said was that he was going to “fire” the salesperson who originally met with us, which felt very inappropriate and uncomfortable to bring up in front of customers. Instead of respecting our decision, he repeatedly pressured us and questioned why we would cancel. We calmly explained that we needed to prioritize other expenses, but the conversation quickly became uncomfortable. The manager made several unprofessional remarks, including saying we should have never scheduled an estimate in the first place and making sarcastic comments about using ChatGPT instead. Most concerning, he made a personal and disrespectful comment to my father implying that I was “calling the shots,” which was completely inappropriate. At that point, we asked him to leave our home. There is nothing wrong with getting an estimate and deciding not to move forward—this is a normal part of making a major home improvement decision. Customers should not be pressured, insulted, or made to feel uncomfortable in their own home. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Appears to be a good product. However, 20/20 hindsight leads me to believe I overpaid for my windows, could have gotten 2 panes for about half the price of the triple pane. Not sure the extra cost was worth it. The salesperson left me with an uncomfortable feeling statement when he departed, causing me to not reconsider a lesser estimate.
