  Do not buy here! They are very shady and don't honor their own return policies. It's unfortunate because the manager and sales person were very nice and tried to do the right thing. Then Kylie and the management team got involved. I would like to start off by saying i know with material like this there will be some loss. The location and website say 15% mine was 43% and not just small blemishes but full on unusable. This was their response; Thank you for your patience. I went over the photos and information you provided with my quality team as well as management. After a thorough review of your concerns, we have found that the concerns reported are in line within the grade of the purchased material New England White Pine. As such, there is no further action that can be taken. We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely regret any frustration this may cause.   Greeted promptly with a smile. Arrived to pickup an online order. I called about 30 minutes before arrival and they had everything ready to go. They loaded my trailer and I was rolling again in less that 20min.

  Great customer service. Had what we needed and help pick with the variety of flooring they had in the store. And very well informed on their products. I will be using them in the future as well.
