We are now over 24 weeks and when I call to find out the status, I am told there are delays with shipping, or delays because I ordered a color for the exterior of my windows or delays in general. I have become a nagging customer and was told in so many words, don't call us, we'll call you when they arrive. At this point I am just disappointed that I could not get them before the Holidays, when I have family coming in from out of town. I have never paid $3,500 down for a product and then waited six months to still not receive even part of it. There has been no follow up (unless I did it) and nothing to reassure me that my business is important to them. The excuses are lame and at this point, I just wish I could get my money back.

The installers were efficient, respectful, timely and so courteous. We had a great experience! We called to get more windows installed for the second floor just yesterday and again got warm courteous and friendly communication. They ARE going through a new ownership process. Consider them! They should be ready to take appointments for free estimates within the next month.
