The manufacturing company made a mistake on the design of the upper part of the window and Window Dudes made sure the mistake was corrected and we received the window we ordered. The installation crew did an exceptional job with the installation and cleaned up afterward. We couldn’t tell anyone had been in the house working. We will definitely contact Window Dudes when we are ready to replace more windows.
