They were knowledgeable and very professional. Our shower is FABULOUS and we absolutely love it. There were a few small hiccups with the installation however mad city bent over backwards to make everything right. The project was pricey but we got everything that we wanted and it came in on budget at the original price that was agreed upon. We are very happy.
