I usually don't write reviews, but I feel the need to inform other potential customers to beware of All Services plumbing. Here we go, I called Air Service plumbing on Monday 2/23 at 10:41am to see if they could come out today and fix a leak that was caused by a crack in the main water line coming into my house. I had to shut the water off at the meter because the PVC elbow crack was below the house shutoff. They informed me that they would have no problem getting someone out today and get me taken care of. I told them if they couldn't do it today I would find someone else, they assured me the problem would be fixed today. So now its 4:30 pm and no one from Air Service had called to confirm, so I called again to verify. They again confirmed someone would be there and would be giving me a call. At 7:45pm I had to call again and they verify that someone would be there. No one showed up and no one let me know they weren't coming. SOOO on 2/24 I called at 7:00am and they confirmed that someone from dispatch would call to setup a time. No one called, so I called again at 11:30 to see what was up. By this time, I had given up on getting anything done and cancelled any work they had planned on doing. I talked with a manager and let her know what had occurred. She assured me this wasn't the way they treat customers, but it sure happened to me!!!! All I can say is I'd rather keep my water off one more day than to pay them a single penny. If you use them, I sure hope you have better luck than I did.
Christian and Taylor were very professional and courteous. Explained everything in detail and took time to look through all the aspects of the house. This was a visit for a quote on redoing the ventilation system and adding whole house filtration system.

Logan did a great job taking care of the problem and getting heat going again during those cold days and snow when the furnace stopped working. He was concerned with getting that heat on again fast. I appreciated the care he took. He is top notch!
Dawson was wonderful and informative! Good employees are sometimes hard to come by. And keep. As corny as it sounds, Dawson is a keeper! Happy customers share with their friends. Unhappy customers share with anyone and everyone who will listen. It pays to treat employees well and happy, so they, turn, keep your customers happy. Satisfied customers keep coming back, allowing businesses to remain profitable and flourish. Dawson is a valuable employee, representative and assest for your company. He just might deserve a raise!
Service tech seemed like a nice guy. Unfortunately he knew very little about my HVAC system (even though it is a popular brand). He offered no solution for the problem, and after I did just a little bit of research discovered that he gave incorrect information on what thermostats will work with my system (it requires a communicating thermostat).
I received an automated follow up text asking about my experience. I responded with a text that had the above information… no response. I then received a text asking if the tech had
left tools at my home, even though
I had already told them the tech didn’t do
anything.
They then sent an automated text asking for a google review. Here it is:
I paid almost $100 for no fix and incorrect information. The only reason for any stars is because the service tech was a geniunely nice guy.
