  Logan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine throughout the process. He took the time to clearly walk me through both the work and the associated costs before beginning. He was completely transparent from the start. I appreciated that there were no unexpected fees. Everything was explained in advance, and he communicated what he was working on in a way that was easy to understand without feeling oversimplified. 11/10 service! 6/5 stars! I will absolutely keep his business card on hand.

  Alex was great. Yall aren’t really into duct cleaning companybut pushing hotheads services understood I will find a duct cleaning company not one that is going to push me on warranties and other things I don’t need. Just like wanting a review you won’t stop pushing it. Not my style of working with people

  Patrick is a very professional and personable gentleman. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. It was very easy to make Air Services my choice for replacing my heating/cooling system! Jayden and Hunter were also excellent! They installed the systems, showed me how everything worked, filter replacement, the new digital thermostat, checked the systems and cleaned up all the debris when they were done. Hunter even double checked the gate to make sure it had shut properly so the dogs didn't get out. I would highly recommended using Air Services.

  Dakota and Matt did fine, but I can't say anything positive about Air Services's scheduling. I have been with this company for 25 years. I scheduled this air conditioning inspection/cleaning weeks ago and requested a "first thing in the morning" appointment. I have a maintenance plan, paid for each month. Today after a phone call and several texts from a "dispatch member", Dakota and Matt showed up at 1:00. According to the "dispatch member", there must have been a "miscommunication" about my time request. There was no miscommunication on my part! You are providing a paid service for my convenience, not yours!! What good are appointments?? I am suspicious of your business practices since a similar thing happened with my last plumbing audit.

  Christopher Hudson arrived promptly and was extremely professional, he was highly knowledgeable about my 3 mini splits and offered some educational information that I had no knowledge of prior to. He was friendly and I felt very comfortable with him in my home . He did a top notch job and would absolutely recommend him to service your home needs 100% . I will be requesting him for all my future needs because I’m highly confident in his competence abilities. What I also was highly impressed with was we called and got service the same day !!!! This company and my technician Christopher Hudson are definitely the way to go if you want honest , reliable, professional service done .
