While Justin was very knowledgeable, they same doesn't seem to be true for the actual work once it started. The work commenced the week of Jan 26th 2026. After the initial work, they failed to contact the village for an inspection and when it was inspected it failed the village inspection. I called several times to find out the status and left voicemails getting no response from acculevel. Finally a month later the came back, removed the previous work and did new piers. The village inspected that day and the work failed inspection by the village. No record of the depth the piers went to and no attachment on one pier to the post. Once again I have promises of the work to be done, but no work actually done to fix the issue. I can imagine the grass is now dead below the mound of dirt in my front yard. I can't sell my house until this work is complete.one star for lack of knowledge for the install of the foundation and one star for client communication.
