- RHRonald HeapeJun 30, 20215.0Faulkner Foundation installed a french drain and sump pump in our crawl space, they also "sistered" repaired/added to several boards that are in the main support structure of the house that had split or broke. They installed three supports to the main beam. All of this work was completed during the hottest, rainy days we have had. The crew was always respectful and courteous. We highly recommend this Company for any construction you may need.

I was under contract to purchase a home; both the sellers and I tried to reach out to this company to get an assessment on a potential foundation problem. I can only speak for myself but I know I left two messages during business hours over several days and received no callback (I called a couple of other times without leaving a message). It’s my impression this is a busy time of year for them but I don’t know for sure because it was speculation from a competitor.
