Although mother nature made it challenging, they informed me in advance as to being at the job. I found it very considerate of them to have a porta potty set at my house so they did not need to be inside my house except for the actual leveling measurements. I will definitely recommend this company.
- CDCindy DavisFeb 8, 20195.0Mike drove 45 minutes to look at our house, crawled into our cramped crawl space to assess the situation, then formulated 3 quotes for work to be done. He emailed us the quotes right then, we were able to discuss them with him, and scheduled the work all within a couple of hours of his arrival. We appreciated the fact that they had a porta-potty onsite rather than tracking in the house or leaving the jobsite. They dug dirt from the crawl space, replaced half of the main floor beam, added a beam and concrete piers with posts, then encapsulated the crawl space. Outside they put in a sump pump and drain system. The guys doing the work were very friendly and did not complain even though they were working in a hot, dirt crawl space. They swept off the patio every day before they left. We are extremely happy to have a level house with doors that close again. The encapsulation and drain system have eliminated the moldy smell in the house. Thanks for a top notch job. We highly recommend Faulkner Enterprises/Raise Right.
