The first time was several years ago, and when we moved to our new house, we knew right away we would be using them again. They were willing to stay late to meet us at their showroom since my wife and I were both working late, and they were super friendly and helpful! They got an idea of our budget and showed us some great samples in that range. The install crew was fast, thorough, and really professional. We covered our furniture with plastic, but when I came back later to see the progress, I noticed that they had wrapped the furniture much better and taped it shut. They definitely went the extra mile to protect our furniture! The entire experience was fabulous, and it didn't cost near what I thought! If Google allowed a bonus star, they would definitely get six out of five stars from us! Thank you Moore Floor Covering!
