  Had carpet removed from a bathroom in my house and replaced with vinyl. Moore removed the carpet and found some wet plywood under my toilet which had to be dried and patched before continuing, no big deal. Rescheduling the completion was difficult as nobody was available, my bathroom floor was bare for almost a week before final installation and repair took place. After the floor was done, the toilet was not placed back correctly and every time i flushed the toilet the water would come out from under the toilet all over my new floor. I had to call Hacker plumbing to fix this issue, after paying over $100 more than quoted for the floor fix. Other than that the workers who showed up the first day were very professional and apologetic for the situation. I would recommend Moore however be leery of the same issues in your home that could cost you way more than anticipated. *After speaking with Moore Flooring they advised that they warranty their floor for a year and were more than willing to fix my issue of the toilet. They even threw in a partial refund due to my issues. With this now in mind, i change my review to 5 stars. The service and quality was top notch other than my original issues. I even talked to them about trim now and will be having them come back to install trim.

  Pleasurable experience from beginning to end. The new floor looks so nice and the installers cleaned up afterwards.

  Had MFC installed some vinyl plank, bought it from Steve, he walked me through the whole process, they delivered the flooring, the person delivering was extremely friendly! They put it neatly in my living room and were super helpful! The fellas who came and did the install, were really nice, they did a great job putting it in, and left no mess. All around was a wonderful experience! I most definitely recommend!!

  Absolutely the only place you need to go for all your flooring needs! This is the second time we have used Moore Floor Covering. The first time was several years ago, and when we moved to our new house, we knew right away we would be using them again. They were willing to stay late to meet us at their showroom since my wife and I were both working late, and they were super friendly and helpful! They got an idea of our budget and showed us some great samples in that range. The install crew was fast, thorough, and really professional. We covered our furniture with plastic, but when I came back later to see the progress, I noticed that they had wrapped the furniture much better and taped it shut. They definitely went the extra mile to protect our furniture! The entire experience was fabulous, and it didn't cost near what I thought! If Google allowed a bonus star, they would definitely get six out of five stars from us! Thank you Moore Floor Covering!
