- TTTracy ThomasApr 19, 20211.0The customer service is awful. The equipment we received was faulty--bald tires and shorting out start button, and store staff never apologized for the bad experience or made any serious attempt to correct it. In addition, they deliberately do not tell you that they charge a fortune for delivery and pick up, and will not tell you how much delivery is unless you ask them. Delivery was more than twice what I have paid any where else in Missouri. In the end, I was able to get him to only charge me full price for the hours the machine was used (nearly half again as long as it needed to be, since it wouldn't roll on wet floors with bald tires, and it kept shorting out). A measly $55 refund instead of what should have been half off the rental and half off the delivery charge. The manager simply told me to go elsewhere if I don't like his policies, and I certainly will. I hope you do too. Stay away if you can help it, and watch your back here if you have to rent from them.
