Worst waste company ever, Receptionist are terrible. , rude , unprofessional, purposely deflect situations. Just the worst . Paid for services I did not receive and they will not refund or even let me speak with Managment. DONT USE AMERICAN EAGLE WASTE. Have had issues with them

What residential areas do you serve?
Our service area covers St. Louis County, including South County, Town & Country, Sunset Hills, and the City of Green Park. We also provide service to select areas within Jefferson County.
What are your office hours and contact info?
Our office operates Monday through Friday with varying hours: Monday and Tuesday from 6 am to 5 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 6 am to 4 pm, and Friday from 6 am to 3 pm. We are closed on weekends.
What roll off/dumpsters areas do you serve?
We provide roll-off and dumpster services throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area and surrounding regions, extending our coverage to O'Fallon, Illinois.
How often is trash collected and what's allowed?
We offer weekly curbside collection for household waste. Our standard service allows for up to two cans or their equivalent per collection.
What if I need more than two cans?

We also accept paper products including newspapers, cardboard, magazines, office paper, and paperback books.
How should recyclables be prepared?
All containers must be emptied and rinsed before recycling. Please note that we do not accept plastic bags, plastic film, expanded foam, or containers that previously held hazardous chemicals.
Is recycling included or extra?
Recycling collection is available on a weekly basis. Depending on your specific service plan, there may be additional fees associated with this service.
What qualifies as bulky waste and what are the limits?
Bulky waste items include furniture, mattresses, televisions, large toys, and exercise equipment. These items require special handling and incur extra charges. Customers must contact us to arrange for pickup of bulky waste items.
What about yard waste?
We accept yard waste such as grass clippings, leaves, and tree branches or limbs. Branches should not exceed 4 feet in length or 5 inches in diameter and must be bundled or bagged. We allow up to 10 bags or bundles per week, with potential extra charges for exceeding this limit.
