Been using them for 12 years and the service has really gone downhill. They won’t even pick up broken down card board boxes anymore. Unless I guess you cut them up and make them fit in the trash can.

Our residential services cover St. Louis, MO, and its surrounding areas. This includes South County, Town & Country, Sunset Hills, and the City of Green Park. We also extend our services to specific parts of Jefferson County.
What are your office hours and contact info?
Our office is open Monday to Friday with varying hours. We operate from 6 am to 5 pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, 6 am to 4 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and 6 am to 3 pm on Fridays. Please note that our office is closed on weekends.
What roll off/dumpsters areas do you serve?

We also accept various paper products such as newspapers, cardboard, magazines, office paper, and paperback books.
How should recyclables be prepared?
All containers should be emptied and rinsed before recycling. We do not accept plastic bags, plastic film, expanded foam, or containers that previously contained hazardous chemicals.
Is recycling included or extra?
We provide weekly recycling pickup, but it may incur additional charges depending on your specific service plan. For detailed information about recycling fees, please contact our office.
What qualifies as bulky waste and what are the limits?
Bulky waste includes items such as furniture, mattresses, televisions, large toys, and exercise equipment. These items require special handling and are subject to extra charges. To arrange for bulky waste collection, please contact our office to schedule a pickup.
What about yard waste?
We accept yard waste including grass clippings, leaves, and tree branches or limbs. Branches should not exceed 4 feet in length or 5 inches in diameter. All yard waste must be bundled or bagged. We allow up to 10 bags or bundles per week, with additional charges potentially applying for excess amounts.
