We’ve used American Eagle Waste Industries for nearly 25 years, and their crews have always been great and reliable.
Recently, however, our heavy-duty tote was badly damaged when it was launched uncontrolled from their truck after waste unloading. The operator error was acknowledged, and we shared video evidence with company staff and owner, Bryan. They initially offered to lease us a replacement tote, but despite my repeated follow-up calls/emails, they’ve completely ignored me since then.
After such a long positive history, this lack of follow-through is disappointing and frustrating.

Worst customer service of all time
Update: called back a 2nd time because I was hung up on the first time by one of their customer service reps and the gentleman I spoke to was much better and helpful.
The lady I spoke to the first time (whom I've spoken to before when I've called in) is not good. It is a 100% guarantee that American Eagle is losing business because of her.
