  I called David to ask about repairing our hail damaged metal roof. He was here to talk to the insurance adjustor and once approved, his crew arrived within a matter of days. I could not believe how quickly they completed the job. We needed new plywood on a large part of the roof (not part of the insurance claim). The crew went above and beyond to make sure it was done right. I asked about the possibility of using the old metal they were taking off to repair some of our old buildings on the farm. They were kind enough to stack it on a hayrack for us. Extra work (not part of the claim) which we paid out of pocket for included replacement of inadequate vents. At David's suggestion, those were moved to the backside of the roof for aesthetic reasons. Ductwork was replaced where needed. The cost was fair, the bill was itemized, and it was in line with what the insurance company estimated. Our out-of-pocket expense for the extra things that insurance didn't cover was about $2,000. Our deductible was $2,500, so the whole project cost us $4,500 and the rest was covered by insurance. I did not have to deal with an insurance adjustor (I've heard stories) for which I am very grateful. This company also put a roof on my mother-in-law's house and did a wonderful job. Same scenario: Showed up, got done quickly, and the work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

  The crews from Midwest Homes and Restoration did a wonderful job. Timely response, quality roof replacement and the cleanup was top notch. They also did a good job working with my insurance company. Thanks for everything.

  Brody came out to give me an estimate for siding, gutters, fascia, and soffits for my house and garage. He was so pleasant to work with, and his estimate came in right along with others I got for the same work. What set him apart was how detailed his estimate was, and how clearly every penny was accounted for. It was by FAR the most comprehensive estimate I received of any of the seven(!) companies I got estimates from. It was extremely transparent and I believe the work would have gone hassle-free because the estimate was such a great starting point. The only reason I didn’t go with them was because I needed brickwork and some other things done that Midwest doesn’t do, and found one company that could do it all. Otherwise, I would have gone with Midwest because I would have known exactly what I was paying for! And nowadays, every penny counts!! Thanks Brody for the time and effort you put into my estimate!

  I hired this company to replace my roof through insurance and working with them was so easy!! Dontavious was very professional for the entire duration of the project. Everything from the initial inspection to choosing what style and color shingles I wanted, to the installation could not have gone any better. The install crew did an amazing job!! Highly recommend!!!

  I called regarding some concerns we had with areas in our roof from work performed by another roofing company. Within an hour they were there to inspect it and called back the same day to discuss their concerns with us. Dave also scheduled a follow up appointment to look at the roof with us present to see if we had any further concerns other than what they originally discovered. I was really impressed with their customer service.
