  Mad city came out this week Wednesday and Thur to remove my tub and install a walk in shower. They were very friendly professional and did exceptional work. And they cleaned up after. I love the outcome so far. Doors were backed so will be excited to get them installed. I highly recommend them.

  They did an amazing job with everthing! They were the only window company that would even show up in St. Louis. The windows are wonderful and already just a week after installing are helping by being energy efficient and our ac and heater have not been working in overdrive to heat or cool our home.

  Had a great experience with Mad City Windows & Baths. Darren did the shower install and was meticulous, precise and also very detail-oriented. He not only did a thorough job on the install but he also cleaned up the dust and debris from the tear out. I am very happy with how the job was completed. Darren is definitely an asset to your company and I could not have asked for a better installer. Highly recommend Mad City and Darren!

  The price seemed quite high for not replacing cabinets, just resurfacing them. (I’m not in kitchen or bathroom renovations) The installer was polite and did fast work. The job was complete in one and a half days. The end product was aesthetically pleasing and made the kitchen more comfortable. But again, I likely could have gotten new cabinets for $20k. The inner frame of the cabinets don’t match now because the resurfacing only includes the exterior of the cabinets. After a quick AI research it seems I could have gotten mid-tier cabinets and granite countertops installed for around $20,000-$25,000. BUT, it has a lifetime warranty.

  Mad City employees were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process! They may be more expensive than other competitors but you get what you pay for! And with Mad City that is a high quality product with a double lifetime warranty! We are very happy with our purchase! And would recommend Mad City Doors and Windows to anyone looking to replace and wanting a long lasting product!
