  We had an issue with one section of gutter always back filling and overflowing instead of emptying into the downspout. Joe & Brandon quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the angle, and left our home looking like they were never there. They were considerate and respectful and we have had no further issues with overflow! Thank you so much for a job well done. 👍

  During the recent wind storms, we had a limb fall and damage our front porch. The damage looked extremely extensive. There was roofing damage, gutter damage, soffit, and facia damage and what looked to be structural damage. We got three different quotes that arranged from $3000-$5000. We went with Dale’s bid at about $3800. The work was impeccable. The guys sent out, Joe and Brandon, were friendly, experienced, and very helpful. They spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and were very helpful in explaining the process. They also did the work in a timely fashion and once done, made sure everything was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Dales Roofing to anyone needing Roof replacement or roof repair.

  Roofing is expensive! Your roofing company has to be willing to explain their quote and even move the price to beat other companies. Dales did that. But the real workman ship came as they repaired the roof and were honest with each piece of decking that really would not have lasted as long as the shingles did. One part of my roof was really bad and they had to do extra. That was not free, but it was priced very fair and came with an explanation and pictures to show what they were doing. Later, I found something that I didn’t think was right. I called and Brandon came out and fixed what my concern was. Service, professionalism and honesty. I recommend Dales Roof for these reasons, not because they have a cutesy jingle.

  After our new gutter & downspout was installed we were missing the last 5% to make it right. Dale's sent Brandon Gill out to do the warranty work and he made it right, and then some. He added the two elbows we needed and then asked my permission to add a safety strap on the 30 ft gutter. Yes, thank you! If the wind had caught that section of gutter it would have been a mess. So, thank you Brandon. Not only did you fix the problem, you went above and beyond to make it better than new. Merry Christmas!

  I recently had my roof replaced by Dale’s Roofing—not due to storm damage or insurance, but simply because my roof had reached the end of its lifespan. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The estimate was quick and straightforward, and Derek was both professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with confidence. The materials arrived exactly on schedule, and the replacement itself went smoothly without a single issue. The crew worked diligently, and while English was not their first language, there was always someone available to communicate with me directly. Their workmanship was superior, and the cleanup exceeded my expectations—my property was left spotless. Two individuals deserve special recognition: Kirby, the supervisor, was meticulous in checking every detail of the work. His experience, knowledge, and kindness gave me complete confidence in the project. Brandon, who came afterward to install a downspout, impressed me with his proficiency, attention to detail, and genuine kindness. Both Brandon and Kirby were extremely courteous, took pride in their workmanship, and clearly took the responsibility of getting the job done correctly very seriously. Overall, Dale’s Roofing delivered outstanding service, quality craftsmanship, and a team that truly cares about their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering roof replacement. I am very pleased with the outcome, proud of my new roof and give Dale's Roofing, Kirby and Brandon 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
