We had a pretty good idea of what we were looking to do with this project, but needed Ashleigh's expertise to pull it all together in a thoughtful and professional way. The design process was easy, with all costs and expectations clearly explained upfront. In both Zoom and in-person meetings, Ashleigh listened to our ideas and our needs and put together the perfect plan. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Once construction started, we always knew what to expect on any given day, when certain materials were going to arrive, if there was a delay on anything we'd ordered, etc. We loved working with the guys from Evolved Remodeling who Ashleigh recommended for our project - they were professional and fun and did excellent work. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out and will definitely look to Ashleigh for help with any future projects.

Can a product be shipped to my house?
Our products are sourced from exclusive trade vendors who sell only to designers. These vendors utilize freight line carriers that deliver exclusively to receiving warehouses equipped with loading docks for large semi-trucks. This arrangement provides our clients with a wider selection of products not available to consumers, as well as exclusive pricing. The receiving warehouses also serve as a quality control checkpoint for deliveries.
What if I want to add onto my project?
We welcome the opportunity to expand our work with you. Upon completion of the initial project, we can create a new proposal and contract to address any additional areas you'd like us to work on. We value our repeat clients and are always ready to take on new challenges in your home.
Who is responsible for any damages?
As we provide all products for your project, we take full responsibility for handling any warranty issues. Should any item prove to be substandard, we will promptly manage its replacement or return. This comprehensive service is one of the benefits of choosing NEST for your home design needs.
Can we be home during the install?
While you are permitted to be present during installation, we advise against it for safety reasons and to ensure efficiency. The process can be noisy and potentially dusty. We understand the temptation to observe, but we assure you that the final reveal will be more impactful if you allow us to complete the installation uninterrupted.
Do you manage my contractors?
We oversee every aspect of your project, including contractor management. Our team maintains regular communication with contractors and conducts frequent site visits. Your input is crucial, as it allows us to effectively relay any questions or concerns to the appropriate parties involved in your project.
What if I don't like something?
We invest significant time and resources in selecting our vendors and products, including attending trade shows to source the newest items. While cabinetry and custom furniture pieces cannot be returned, we are confident in our selections. Our years of experience and carefully cultivated relationships with vendors ensure that we provide high-quality products that meet our clients' expectations.
How many options will I get?
We present one comprehensive concept for each room, allowing you to visualize the complete, cohesive design. Our process includes one round of revisions and two reselections per room. If you desire additional furnishing options beyond this, we can accommodate your request at our standard hourly rate.
