He explained the issue with my furnace (heat pump and LP gas combination) that it needed new burners. Gave me his best guess at a cost, and also explained how burners work for LP gas. He cleaned the burners to hold me over until the parts arrive. He was very courteous and professional. I always call Aire Solutions for my furnace and LP repairs, and I have never had a bad experience in 10 years of using them.
