- W7wobe444 777Jan 23, 20255.0I had a furnace that kept shutting down off and on, repeatedly and the tech was very prompt and polite and he did s good job , furnace is working again. a few days later, the furnace quit on me again , and i called and they sent out a tech and he was a very nice employee and was very helpful. unfortunately , the furnace i have is one that is not as commonly used today , the furnace needs a new cylinder and a control board. but it was worth the money to find out the problem , and that is one step closer to a solution.
