On Friday morning we left a voice message with the company that we had used for over 20 years and had an annual service contract. They responded by text, while we were traveling to the Platte County semi-final football game in St Louis, that they were not available and that we could schedule an appointment in Monday. When we got home Friday night our house was cold. We called the company again on Saturday morning and left a voicemail and got a text message that they were unavailable.
