Great company and people. They’re the installers of our system when the house was built. We needed service recently for a furnace malfunction covered under warranty. Lightning fast response and reasonably quick repair. We will use Muller again for anything HVAC related.

Great customer service! Had a furnace issue on a holiday and thought i was going to leave a message and get called back the next day but not only did a person answer the phone u got a call from the original installer of my unit to try to troubleshoot it and see if we could get it running without a service call. Once they realized it needed a part Had it ordered and installed in a very reasonable time.

We discovered that our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving night. On Friday morning we left a voice message with the company that we had used for over 20 years and had an annual service contract. They responded by text, while we were traveling to the Platte County semi-final football game in St Louis, that they were not available and that we could schedule an appointment in Monday.
When we got home Friday night our house was cold. We called the company again on Saturday morning and left a voicemail and got a text message that they were unavailable.
I then called Muller Heating and talked to a kind technician who offered to help. I received a call within an hour from Ron Muller who was able to help me solve the problem over the phone.
Thank you Ron! We will be using Muller Heating for all of our future services and highly recommend your company to anyone!
Frequently Asked Questions About Muller Heating & Cooling
How often should my HVAC be serviced?
For optimal performance, it is recommended to have your HVAC system serviced twice annually. Scheduling maintenance in spring and fall ensures regular inspection of your heating and cooling systems.
How often should I change my filter?
The frequency of filter changes depends on the filter size. A 1-inch filter should be replaced every 4 to 6 weeks, a 4-inch filter every 2 to 3 months, and a 5-inch filter every 4 to 6 months. For air filtration product needs, contact Muller Heating & Cooling for a complimentary estimate and our professional air conditioning services.
What do I do if my furnace or air conditioner stops?
If your furnace or air conditioner stops functioning, follow these steps: first, turn off the power using the side switch or at the breaker. After 30 seconds, restore power. Lastly, remove the filter from the unit. It's worth noting that filter issues are often responsible for half of all heating and air conditioning problems.
What is the best heating and air conditioning system to get?
As global demand for AC units continues to rise, reputable manufacturers like Trane, Mitsubishi, and Bosch offer high-quality heating and air conditioning systems. Selecting a system from any of these brands ensures reliable performance and efficiency for your home comfort needs.
How do I relight my pilot light?
We advise against relighting pilot lights in older furnaces. Since furnaces with pilot lights haven't been manufactured in two decades, we recommend upgrading to a modern, energy-efficient system. Contact Muller Heating & Cooling for a free estimate on a new furnace installation and our expert heating services.
Where is my air filter located?
In most furnaces, air filters are typically situated at the lower side of the unit. For down-flow furnaces, however, the filter is usually positioned at the top. If you require professional assistance with your heating and cooling systems, please contact our team at Muller Heating & Cooling.
