Paid $943 for valve replacements the repair guy was gone for 2 hours and came back with excuse after excuse of what took him so long and he only went one exit away for parts the lady at check out was so slow the following excuse was he got stuck behind a train that was only crossing over from the silica plant to the main track in pacific that was a bold face lie that track is only 10feet long and one cart takes about 10 seconds and they only use it to cross over. point being is we got charged for time that the repair guy spent basically screwing off came back with lies thinking we would be so dumb to believe that. We have a water pump station and you need to flip the circuit breaker when the main water is off or the pump will continually run causing it to burn up or in this case it pressure broke our apex pipe inside our Pump Station. We kept asking the repairman why we didn't have much pressure after he started to pack up to leave he did not have an explanation our pressure started getting less and less as tje days went on we had just spent all of this money with this company which was extremely overpriced and did not want to use this company again due to the price and excuses they just seem very shady and other reasons mentioned in this post. 10 days later we turned off the main valve that they just installed to shut the water off in our home to put a new shower head in go to turn the water back on and nothing is happening we go down to our Pump Station and find the Apex pipe has pressure busted because the breaker nor the meter was turned off it when shamrock did theor repairs causing a pressure buildup and our whole Pump Station to fill with water and flood our yard.we knew something was not right when he left the pressure should have been better since he did these repairs instead it was getting less and less. I called the office the office had the repairman call me I explained to him we were with you the whole time we explained to you that we had a pump system why did you not turn off the circuit breaker or why did you not turn off at the meter this conversation went on for a good 5 minutes I told him exactly everything about our Pump Station before any of the repairs and where the meter was located then he wanted to claim he did turn off the meter to save his job knowing that he did not. And then proceeded to ask him so what are we going to do about this. I am beside myself that you are skilled plumbers trained for this and we are now in this situation shelling out $1,000 for repair because you did not do your job correctly and we trusted them to do what they should have done to protect our property from further damage. I asked for the owner to give me a call he immediately did not want to take accountability said that the Apex pipe should have handled the pressure blah blah blah and this was not his fault and they are not experts. He said why didn't you call me so that we could come repair first of all I would never want them touching my well considering they're the ones that destroyed it plus that is two different professions and at the end of the day I did not trust those people nor did I want another $943 bill for them to step on my property .These people obviously only care about price gouging not fixing their mistakes or taking accountability for them either milking the clock on your dime not the bosses. The repairman also added things that we did not ask to be added nor did he communicate that he was adding these things so as our bill is getting racked up we have no clue what we were spending to the very end did not get a paper receipt I was shocked when told the amount over four parts .Please do not make the same horrible decision by hiring the so-called plumbing company because if they come in to repair something they will leave you with something else to repair because it's evident they just don't care but trust and believe they'll charge you a horrendous amount for minimal work.
