    We had a sump pump stop working in our basement, they came out that evening moved everything out of our basement and put fans and dehumidifiers up after the plumber removed the water! They were awesome!

    UPDATE: After leaving my original review, the owner of the company called to speak with me. He sincerely apologized for our negative experience and advised that he would be using this situation as a teaching moment for his staff. What impressed me the most was that the owner still took the time to answer my questions and educate me on our situation knowing full well we weren't likely to change our position about working with his company. This speaks volumes to the owner's professionalism and goes to show why the negative words and actions of one employee should not always reflect on a company as a whole. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We had Tri Cat come out and discuss mold clean-up after our contracted plumber discovered that our master bathroom toilet had been leaking under the floor. We had a negative experience with William, the employee who came out to talk to us. I was at work at the time so my wife spoke with him about the mold issue. From the get-go, William had a pushy salesperson mentality. My wife asked if we could get a paper quote for the work he was proposing and he said he'd have to charge us to print out a paper quote. He asked what insurance company we used and what our deductible was, so my wife gave me a call and asked I speak with William. When I spoke to him over the phone he asked if he could just call my insurance agent and begin the claim filing process. I explained to him that we were hoping to get a quote from him and see what other companies were offering for comparison. He was hesitant to give me any sort of estimate and tried to explain why I shouldn't be "scared" to use our homeowners insurance. When I did finally get an estimate from him, I apologized for not wanting to move forward with this process immediately because I like to think things over before making a decision. When he got off the phone with me, he proceeded to leave quickly without saying anything else to my wife. Had William acknowledged our concerns and been patient during this challenging time for us, we would have considered working with this company. With how this situation played out, however, we are choosing to look elsewhere to get the help we need.

    This is an exceptional company! This company is top notch if you are looking for help with water, fire, and mold damage. They do the job the right way and back their work with separate third party testing. It is recommended to hire a separate company for the mold testing, not the same company doing the mold remediation. Our family is so thankful and on the mend because of them!

    I had a GREAT experience with Tri Cat from start to finish! The entire team was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. A big thank you to Aaron, who kept everything organized and made the process smooth and stress-free. Quinton and Tonya did an EXCELLENT job with the work itself—their attention to detail and work ethic really stood out. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I also really appreciate Mandy for helping with all the payment processing. She made that side of things simple and hassle-free, which I’m very grateful for. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a reliable and hardworking restoration team, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tri Cat!

    Due to roof leakage, everything on the first floor had to be removed and packed up. They did a good job of packing— though one lamp was broken. There were hundreds of breakable knickknacks that were wrapped carefully, as well as Lots of china and crystal. None of those were broken. I was pleased with the Tri-Cat employees— they were professional and courteous. However I was disappointed in the painters they contracted with. The painters left doors off their hinges and did not put back the ceiling lights.
