  Riley and crew are the hardest working people you will ever see and not averse to working as long as it takes to get the job done, no matter how messy or complicated. My house is old with oddities that might seem impossible but they got it done! They are wonderfully considerate, kind, and trustworthy and always explained everything carefully. I would hire them again especially since they tried diligently to preserve the original walls and floors and ceilings where possible. They were each of them a pleasure to work with. Thank you! explained everything really well

  We are adding an ice cream and coffee bar to our campground. Will came in plumbed everything. Drains sinks added taps for expresso maker. The works he was here until he finished and even helped me move our icemaker and hooked it up. He’s great also it was he was working overtime on his birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY WILL. Thanks for the great job.

  I'll be honest. Roto-Rooter was not my first choice when it came to services. Being a large business I thought "It's probably gonna be too expensive" and "they'll probably overcharge me for little service." I was very wrong. They've worked with me in so many ways, I can't express how grateful I am for them. The prices were higher than I'd like, but with every thing that was done they were constantly working with me and making sure I knew what was happening. A few times, a price was waived and just taken care of through the next service. I'm extremely glad I reached out to them. They genuinely do treat me with care and want to do anything they can to help. Feel free to keep reading for the whole story, I want to emphasize how much they've done. It was around midnight a few months ago when I called about 5 different locations that were 'on call' but couldn't get to me until 2 days later when there was actively sewage backing up into every drain in the house. Roto-Rooter was the only business I called that was able to get someone out within an hour or two. We didn't have a cleanout so he had to remove the toilet to unclog it. Afterward he cleaned up the mess and reseated the toilet. Pricing was reasonable, especially for a midnight visit. Around a month later we discovered that the clog was much more than we expected. Another late call and another visit. This time he worked for about an hour before he was able to get the water to go back down. No commercially available equipment could reach the actual clog which long story short ended up being right at the city line connection. The clog was actually diverting my neighbor's sewer line which was attached to ours with a Y connector. The pressure from that diversion and buildup ended up disconnecting some badly done plumbing in our crawlspace (thanks previous house flippers) which was also fixed by Roto-Rooter. Long story short, after everything that happened they were able to fix the plumbing, install a cleanout and backflow prevention, run a hydro jet and unclog the sewer line, install a pipe fix for the root that had caused the clog, clean our crawlspace, removing the dirt that had been completely saturated and replace the vapor barrier, and treat the wood to prevent any growth, all while accommodating to budget, my wife and I's work schedule, and taking extra care to watch for our cats (our crawlspace entrance is inside the house and required multiple trips in and out) all while staying in contact with me and never forcing me into unnecessary additional things. The City doesn't claim responsibility for the break in connection, so the most expensive fixes have been setup with mostly reasonable financing, which many places don't offer. While I can't remember everyone's name, I would like to thank Jeff and Josh for everything they've done. Working with insurance, offering advice, working with the crazy amount of financial decisions I've had to make, and most importantly being patient with me.
