- CBConnie BerkFeb 17, 20261.0Bryon did not call before coming. He got here and before I could get my coat on and get out there he was gone. I really didn’t want him to reset my test time to something different I wanted him to see why it wasn’t testing. I’m not satisfied with this. Connie
- NKNeila KraftFeb 16, 20264.0I didn't know his name but when I talked to him about the problems my mother was having he was very nice. He went to take care of the problem on Saturday evening. He was very nice to my elderly mother. The generator had other issues arise after he left resulting in having to have Jim come back on Sunday. He was alittle resistant to going out and wanted me to go shut it off. I explained to him that I lived 45 miles from the generator and that was why we purchased an autostart generator. He was a little hesitant then said he would go shut it off but place a work order for it to be repaired later. He was not able to say when someone would repair it. I found out later that he repaired it when he was there. The generator has been a problem since it was purchased. I received a call today saying we did not have a service agreement which we would pay 41.00 a month for emergency repairs. Dealing with the personel who are at the supervisory level is much different story. I would not recommend this company to any one. The rating I gave is for the field staff not the company.
