  Ryan was extremely nice and helpful! I made a request for a diagnostic appointment and they came out same day. I have hot water again and he let me know of some other issues he spotted that I can call on my warranty about. He wasn’t pushy or sales type, just friendly, knowledgable and reliable in his work and diagnosing the issue for me as well as helping me see some other things going on with the water heater. Highly recommend!

  Levi was so respectful, caring, and easy to talk to. Thank for your kindness! He even waited 15 extra mins to see if the power came back on so he can work on the Aac for me after the hail storm. The next day Ryan and Aiden came and helped me fix my AC. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

  Tracy did a phenomenal job for us. It was her first day and she jumped right in like she had been born doing her job. She even straightened out our knotted up hose!!!! Little details like that make a huge difference. Miranda was tagging along, using her vast knowledge to help train Tracy. Thanks Ladies!!!!

  We have not bought anything from this company yet. We got a free second opinion after talking to another company. Levi came to talk to us and went completely through our unit and broke down what it would take to fix it. He also changed our filters just to make sure his readings were correct and cycled our system three more times to make sure it wouldn't act up again. Miranda came and went through options for buying a new unit and didn't make us feel pressured. She went above and beyond to even check our ductwork for us and seemed much more thorough than the last company. I would recommend using this company if you get sticker shock from another and want to feel like you don't have to spend the most money to get what you need and feel like fixing the problem is just as acceptable as replacing the system. This is everything this company has done for free with no expectations. I am very impressed so far. Edit to add that the installation team also did a fantastic job, it was a major upgrade to our old system and they followed through with everything they said for 6 grand less than another company.

  Once again we are pleased to have Callahan Heating and Cooling service our HVAC system. This time we had Brock Rogers prepare our air conditioner for the summer. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and went right to work. We also appreciated his recommendation to replace a 30-year-old worn out insulation tube and he did so along with the necessary tune up. Brock was efficient, personable, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Callahan Heating and Cooling for another job well done.
