  Del & Rand Randy installed and support our self-storage autogate and keypads. Second facility where we've worked with them. Easy to work with, care for price/value, and are excellent at install & support. Quality is always super, and Randy, Garret and team are highly responsive and helpful with any questions or issues.

  A great way experience. They did what they said they would when they said they’d do it for the quoted price. Impressive work. First class people. While I was crotchety, they could not Have been nicer.

  I was having trouble with a gate at the storage facilty i manage...i called pti,pti couldnt trouble shoot due to a wiring issue..they gave me a 800 number to call, when i called i got refered to arrow gates...randy returned my call the day after shoulder surgery and got him and 2 man crew to drive an hour in half and get my back up amd working properly...they did chase down my wiring issue and fixed quickly Very impressed with this company and highy recommend arrow gates and security
