  I’ve used Bobby for five jobs and every single job is done on time, in budget, great communication, excellent craftsmanship, great finish work and cleanup , and I’ve given out at least 20 referrals. I like the company so much that I am proud to say I’m a part of the company . 5 stars.

  After two major storms hit our home within six months, we were completely overwhelmed. The first contractor left us with unfinished work, loose ends, and a stressful situation that turned into a nightmare for my family. Then we found Bobby. From day one, Bobby went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did he step in and fix the mess left behind from the first storm, but he also handled all the repairs from the second storm with professionalism, integrity, and incredible attention to detail. His crew was reliable, skilled, and respectful throughout the entire process. What could have been a long, drawn-out disaster was turned into a smooth and reassuring experience because of Bobby and his team. We are truly grateful for his dedication and hard work. I cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

  Bobby, Trey and the crew were nothing but good to us. The work they did with installing our soffits/fascia was very easy and smooth. We appreciate all the work Trey puts in to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work that was done.

  Best Roofing and Exteriors has been wonderful to work with! I was a victim of the March 14th tornado that whipped through North County. Guys from Best Roofing and Exteriors were in our neighborhood the next day helping with boarding up open roofs and putting up tarps as well. We had a lot of damage in our neighborhood, so this help was really needed. The guys that work for this company were always polite and friendly. They were extremely trustworthy too. Anytime I had a question, someone always responded right away. They were able to not only replace my roof, gutters, porch, and fix other exterior issues, but they listened to my concerns and found solutions that really worked. They became a one-stop-shop because they were able to help fix some interior damage I had as well. I never had to deal with State Farm because any time they saw something that needed to be covered, they worked with the insurance group to get the funds needed. I would recommend them because they are great to work with and they did nice work too.

  After March tornado damage to my house, I worked directly with Trey whom my neighbor recommended. From day one his goals working with insurance, my desires, and prices were closely aligned with my goals. We were aware early on that timing with the amount of damage in the STL area would be difficult but we maintained communication throughout the process. The final results look great and the follow-up has been good so far.
