The office people were lacking in common sense and very little intelligence. Switched from another rental company to United. This lasted about 6 months. Switched back to the other company. Biggest problem, I would call and order a lift or call a lift off after I was done on a project and they office people looking at their computer screen and telling them my and my company name couldn't find me in the computer. And this was after renting probably 3-4 lifts from them. I only have one name and one company name. Lacked any customer service skills and common sense. No clue how they stay in business. Never use them again. Need to train their people to show people some respect and how to use a computer.
