  They were great! Curtis and Rob were excellent, walked us through everything they were doing, explained the 'why' of each part they did in an easy to understand way, were unobtrusive, and worked within budget. They stuck to the original quote and went above and beyond with service. I got a lot of quotes from different local plumbers for the same job: Quality Plumbing was not only the lowest, but they stuck to it, and did exceptional work. This was a big expense for us, and I feel like I got every pennys worth and then some. Literally cannot recommend them enough!

  Excellent and prompt service. We had a last minute issue with our fireplace gas line. They were very quick to get out to analyze the issue and came up with an acceptable action plan. Everything went as they explained it would. We would definitely recommend Quality Plumbing!

  Brian did an outstanding job in fixing my leaky faucet. He's and educator as well and taught me a lot tips to better care for my plumbing system. Very friendly and professional. Really knows his trade. His service charge was reasonable but the cost of materials was pretty high.

  Quality Plumbing came out for an emergency sewer issue and did an excellent job. They quickly fixed a blockage in our sewer line, replaced a section of the line, and added a sewer cleanout in the yard. The plumber was responsive, on time, and explained everything clearly during a stressful situation. The work was done efficiently and the yard was left clean. Very professional, high-quality work. I would absolutely recommend Quality Plumbing.

  First off, my service tech Josh did a great job once he was able to start my job. We called for service on December 11th due to our water heater going out. We were quoted a price and installation could happen the next day. When scheduling, the two ladies we spoke with were told twice we needed a propane water heater. These ladies confirmed they understood we needed a propane unit by repeating the order back. When Josh arrived on installation day, I asked him if he knew he was installing a propane tank. He did not. He reread the work order that only read "gas" not propane. Needless to say there was frustration with all parties. Josh immediately called his service manager. Another unit was delivered to my house one hour later. Josh completed the install. All was good. Josh was very kind and took the time to answer my questions. I am giving him a 5 star rating but only a 2.5 star to the ladies who completed the work order. Thank you Josh for helping. Thank you QP for getting us on the schedule so quickly however may I suggest you implement a different notification system for those of us requiring propane use materials.
