  Joe was great! Fast and friendly. Great communication and worked well with my situation. I feel like I am in good hands. I also have peace of mind for the upcoming summer, my ac will be running like a champ!

  Between 5:50pm and 5:55pm March 3rd (today) one of your trucks blatantly ran a red light at blueridge and 107th in KCMO. Like I was stopping for the yellow and he went around me and kept going straight through the solid red light. I had plenty of time to stop. He was 2 car lengths behind me. Just absolutely repulsive.

  After calling three other plumbers to install a water softener, I called Quality Plumbing. I talked with a real person who told me I would be called back with an appointment as soon as she could work me in. I was called back within the hour. My tech was here at 8:00 this morning. The softener is installed and I am a happy customer.

  I’ve called on Quality Plumbing several times, both at my current an previous residences. They do QUALITY work at reasonable prices. Today, Curtis resolved a major bathroom leak in record time, very efficiently and quickly. Afterwards, he checked everything thoroughly and cleaned up the area. I’m ver appreciative.
