They answered all of my husband's questions and concerns. They asked questions to determine needs based on questions we asked. The Crews that came out were all very polite and respectful, hard working, and very efficient with their time. They kept the area as clean as possible and picked up after they were done. Once the install was finished, they thoroughly tested my system. They left me with complete training and an understanding of how to work my system. They also left me with direct contacts for any questions or concerns that may come up. I just simply cannot say enough good about Queen City Heating and Cooling. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking for a quality Rheem system, with professional service, at a reasonable price!!
