  These days it’s difficult finding reputable and honest companies that show up and get the job done right. Ozark Fire and Water Restoration is one of those companies. Their crews are skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. My project was completed as promised and exceeded my expectations. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them. I have them on speed dial!

  If you need a new roof call Ozarks Fire and Water Restoration! As a first time home owner I was in the dark when a storm blew through and caused major roof damage. I was scared of getting taken advantage of and working with the insurance company to get as much coverage as I deserved. The owner of the business, Alan, was WONDERFUL! He made the process seamless and virtually stress free. I appreciated the digital services offered that allowed me to keep up to date on progress and the damage that was found. He was on top of communication and every question I had was answered promptly if not already taken care of. The turn around was quick and he worked with my chaotic schedule which was greatly appreciated! Cleanup was fantastic and the crew was so friendly and respectful. I had an amazing experience and will recommend this business to anyone looking for a roofer in the future!

  I had to get a new roof for the first time in my life and had no idea how the process worked. I called several roofing company’s and got quotes. The experience was awful! It took hours and was mostly sales pitches. I dreaded having to do it again. I called Ozarks Fire and Water Restoration and Alan Furman the owner spoke to me personally, he was nothing like the other company’s I’d spoken to. He came out on a weekend to look at my house. It took only about 30 minutes. He was very helpful and made the process much less stressful. His team came and were very efficient, respectful, and did a great job with clean up! After it was done Alan visited to make sure I was happy with the job. He and his crew did a wonderful job and I am thankful for all his help with this new experience.

  Allen was absolutely wonderful! We needed a new roof, dread and stress didn’t come near to describe how I felt about this process. Thankfully, Allen was a pro and guided us through it all. He was helpful, wonderful, and I can’t recommend him enough. They got the job done is ONE day and it wasn’t a simple job. I can’t say enough good things about Allen and his business. If I’m ever in this situation again I won’t worry near as much because I know who to call. Thanks for everything!!
